This player loads NHL26 Shoresy Edition — Standard 1.07, with the smoother NOSHO/maple-leaf pregame background, the BROdude broadcast logo and twelve clean-language pregame conversations. Jory Jordan interviews Shoresy in four new scripts; Anik/Jay and Remy/Benny retain all eight existing conversations, including both originals. A conversation is chosen randomly for each pregame; Jory interviews appear in Bulldogs matchups, and exclude interview guest Shoresy from the hot/cold player mentions. In 50% of eligible Bulldogs games, Shoresy's hockey portrait introduces the five-skater brawl with “Let's give 'em the lumber, boys!” Every Bulldog wins and celebrates before the original faceoff resumes. The Jims retain maximum fighting ratings. The ROM header credits the NHL 2026 ’94 Edition base to JKline3 & von Ozbourne. Original game and character material belong to their respective owners. This is an unofficial fan project.

The browser emulator is EmulatorJS 4.2.3, by Ethan O’Brien and the EmulatorJS contributors. It uses RetroArch compiled to WebAssembly and the Genesis Plus GX core.

The emulator files are hosted with this site, with two local controller-detection fixes. Readable modified source is included in the repository. Saves stay on your device unless you export them. There are no accounts or cloud saves. Hosting providers may log requests as part of serving the site.
